Due to family circumstances, I am selling "Summer Wind". I purchased her two years ago and sailed her in the Shelter Island area the last two season. I currently moor her at Coecles Harbor Marina on Shelter Island. She is fun to sail and in good working condition. The woodwork does need to be refinished and the cockpit floor has some soft spots that will eventually need to be repaired (I have a wooden cockpit floor grate). - Main Sail (in great condition / would guess approx age late 90s)

- In 2008, I had both the Main Sail and Working Jib cleaned and serviced by Sail Care out of PA

* Mercury 4 hps 2-Stroke Outboard (approx age 1989 / runs great and has seen little use. Was stored for several years)

* Navigation lights and cabin lights all work / Battery purchased in 2008
* Dark Green interior cushions are all in excellent condition
* Also included is assortment of other items (life vests, two anchors, anchor rode, plus other small items)
