1986 Cape Dory 28 Open Fisherman --- Rub Rail

I believe that the rub rail on this boat is made of PVC. It is now oxidized and a silver, chaulky color. I want to find a cleaner that will restore its original golden color. So far nothing has worked.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I've used a product called roll off with good results. MEK solvent also works. Be carefull of the fumes it you try that.
