It sounds like a nice Bullseye. I have both a Bullseye and a Typhoon DS, very similar boats. Bullseyes with wooden seats are pretty rare and sought after. I would suggest that you list the boat with Cape Cod Shipbuilding. They list many Bullseyes from all over the country. I am sure that Wendy would be happy to help.
