1982 Cape Dory 25D For Sale - Pictures on 8/8/10 post

Post by franklindr »

1982 Cape Dory 25D. At dock, in water and ready to sail - dock paid for season. Hull number is 78, she is 28 years old, with proper care she will continue to serve you well as she has me. The Yanmar engine has never failed me, it runs well and provides plenty of power. I have kept it clean and changed oil and filters as called for. Each winter she has been serviced with antifreeze, and system flushed before launch. Items needed to perform this maintenance are included in the inventory listed below. There are a few spider cracks on the deck and in the cockpit. I've been told the cracks are minor and could be easily repaired. On a scale from 1-10 with 10 being the highest I would rate this boat between a 7 and 8. This Cape Dory was supposed to be my retirement gift to myself, but in 2008 I had to change employment, not for the better. I no longer have the time or money to care for her the way she deserves and I will miss her dearly.

$15,000.

Also available CDI furler with genoa jib for $1000.00 and custom built trailer for $3500.00 Call 440-365-9653.

If available, could you post photos :?: Also, a basic inventory list of sails, equipment, electronics, etc., would be helpful.

If available, what is the hull number :?:

Your phone number suggests you are near Elyria, Ohio. Is your CD 25D at a marina on Lake Erie :?:
