How much is my cape dory worth?

I have a 10-12 foot ( 2 passenger, looks like a bathtub!) cape dory sailboat, probably 30 years old, but in excellent condition. It has been garage kept, and looks like new. Sails too. What could I ask for this?

I saw 2 in the paper in the past few years and they both went for about $1,000.00. If it's new like condition I believe you could get more than that.
