Hi. Despite the silly come-on from my friend, the Captain of the Starbright, we did go to the Choptank on Sunday of Memorial day, in the wind and drizzle and returned to Annapolis, Monday, Memorial Day weekend, without seeing a single Cape Dory. What gives? Phantom fleet? Had a great time in the wind anyway ....
