While traveling through Wickford, RI today I noticed sign for a "Cape Dory 25 for sale, $2500 or best offer".
I have a Cape Dory 30C myself so I couldn't resist stopping and checking it out. Its been sitting awhile and needs work but appears the price is negotiable. No one was home so I couldn't ask questions. Looks like a great restoration possibility.
