Handy Cat

Can anyone give me their thoughts on the Handy Cat, specifically how they sail? (I have a lot of experience with cat boats, just never seen a Handy Cat before) I am looking at one next week which is for sale here in Maine. Any advice on what the "problem areas" are for a Cape Dory built Handy Cat? As always, thanks in advance for any information you folks can provide.
