I bought the boat, motor and trailer for $3000. My wife ran the numbers and said that I have invested $1200 in materials for the upgrade. I would like to get $5000 for it.

I know that I have more than $800 worth of labor in the project.

Surveyor just left and the boat passed with flying colors. Now all I have to do is wait for the potential buyer to decide if he wants the boat based on the surveyors comments.

Surveyor places a value of $8000 on the boat, motor and trailer. Buyer called and said the check was being sent by overnight UPS.
