Cape Dory 22 1981 for sale in SE Florida

A change in sailing plans has decided us to part with our 1981 CD 22.
Our CD22 got a complete rehab starting about three years ago. A partial list is---
New Mack main an 135 Genoa [working jib and excellent spinnaker ]

New running riggging

New Yamaha 8hp 4 stroke electric start

The boat has been painted above the rail and looks good. The hull is opriginal, no dings. All the wood is very good with a Cetol finish. The interior has ben stripped and refinished with several coats of varnish
The boat is in regular frequent service, and ready to go, located in Lighthouse Point FL.
Our asking price is $6500, much less than invested, and open to discussion.
