Cape Dory 28 sailboat

I am living in Vanvoucer, British Columbia and I am interested in purchasing a Cape Dory 28. There are none on the market here.
Would a kind owner in Washington or B.C. let me have a look at his, her boat so that I can get a first hand impression.
