Chicken Fajita Marinade

Post by barfwinkle »

1 clove fresh garlic (minced)
1 1/2 t seasoning salt
1 1/2 t cumin
1/2 t chili powder
1/2 t crushed red pepper (more to spice it up)
2 T vegetable oil
2 T lemon juice

pour mixture over 1 1/2 lbs fajita sized chicken strips and marinate for at least an hour or two. When chicken is cooked serve on hot/warm torts with grilled onion, grilled green/red pepper, sour cream and what ever else you want and of course your favorite salsa and grated cheese. And a side of Spanish Rice. Good Stuff!
