More of Charles Island...

These photos were snapped as we left the Charles Island anchorage on our next lef of the cruise to Bristol, RI in 2003:

Some day Bruce will hold the camera level with the horizon instead of level with the boat.

The time during which we were in Northport and at Charles Island were just about the only days during the flotilla to Bristol that it wasn't foggy, gray, rainy or cold. Note the differences in the sky in these two pictures. They were taken on the same day. That's Charles Island aft of Realization on the left side of the second photo.

Napatree Beach and Watch Hill Cove, RI....

Watch Hill 15s racing on Little Narragansett Bay off Napatree Beach and Watch Hill, RI. The race committee dropped the mark right off Realization's stern. I actually hauled in some anchor rode to give them more room.
