Cape Dory 28 Sailboat forward hawse pipe cover

Over the weekend, we were distressed to find that the forward
hawse pipe cover had disappeared. It was either stolen or
somehow came undone and went overboard while we were sailing
(hard to imagine though, since, in addition to being attached
to the anchor chain with a small hook, it was also attached to
the bowsprit with a small cable.)

This was a shallow, bronze medallion-type cover with "Cape Dory
Yachts" cast into it. Does anyone have a similar type thing on
their boat and/or suggestions on replacing it? Spartan Marine
is unable to help.

Spartan has one that is probably the same exept that it has the Spartan logo on it. It's thier rope pipe cover. My 28 had this cover but I replaced it with the chain deck cover when I replaced my white oak bowsprit with a teak one. The Spartan part #'s are
