Need help! Have 75 Ty daysailer, Has through hull starboard side below waterline just forward of rudder. Had two "K" Ty's in Past , NO holes below waterline! What is it for????

Robbie move this from Eye Candy to the top subject line which is Cape Dory and you should get many more responses. Eye candy tends to be showing off their pictures.
Good luck finding what the answer is, someone here will know.
