I've read a few messages from CD owners looking for new and used sails. A couple of years ago I built mine from a kit of materials supplied by Sailrite and have been very pleased. You can see them at www.euonymus.com, and see how they were made at the Sailrite web site - www.sailrite.com - both the mainsail and staysail construction descriptions and photos.
I am very pleased with the service I got from Sailrite, and if you have the time and space, making your own sails is very satisfying.
