Found this boat builder in Maine who is building the Great Harbor 26.
Pricey little boat as it is custom finished for each owner. About 55K minus sails and electronics. Just think a guy by the name of Hank Hinckley from Maine might have something to do with it. Just posting this as a point of interest.

CD26 Reincarnation???

Re: CD26 Reincarnation???
I've been to Hank Hinckley's yard in Bass Harbor. It's the brother or cousin of the Hinkley Yachts folks in SW Harbor.
The Great Harbor 26 is a lovely boat. It is not, however, a CD 26 or anything like one. This boat has a retractable keel of some kind that allows for trailering. It looks more like a Morris boat, to me.
I bought Allia from Doug McMullin (a former regular contributer to this board) last summer. He lives and works in Bass Harbor and Allia was in the Great Harbor yard at the time.

Re: CD26 Reincarnation???
Outside of the hull configuration below the waterline (they make a fixed keel version also) the deck/interior cockpit layout looks to be very similar in design concept to the CD26.

Have you seen one up close or just on that webpage. They look significantly different to me in person. I was aboard the first one shortly after she was launched.

Re: GH26 designed by Bill Cook
The specs for the GH26 indicate that she was designed by Bill Cook. Carl Alberg was the designer of the CD26. So she's probably not the CD26 incarnated. But above the waterline, her silhouette does look a bit CDish, but definitely not below the waterline. Pretty boat.
