Anyone looking for a new inflatable ?
Just an FYI..I don't have any affiliation with these guys but did buy my dink from them at a great price several years ago. May be worth looking at.. price seems good @ $599 on sale for a bomb/zodiac.. but it also says a $150 instant rebate on top of the sale price ! Unless it is toy ballon grade rubber it may be worth checking out.

bombard max3 +...
just wondering if this model has an inflatable keel or is it a flatbottom version. If keel model, I'll order one myself. Set a note to defender with same question; awaiting their answer. Any ideas out there??? thanks hank
They also have this one on sale with rebate as well. The spec says it has an "air keel."

Yeee Haaa!!! Ours is schedule to arrive Monday!
At that price, with a 5-year warranty, even if it fails 5 years from now (and no one is hurt) it is definitely worth it!

Can you tell me about this dinghy?
For those of you who have received this dinghy can you tell me about it? We are looking to buy one for next season and need something large enough for 2 people and one 25 pound dog with gear. Thanks
What do you recommend for a motor?

Re: Can you tell me about this dinghy?
It's rated up to 8hp, but they recommend 6hp. Ours came four weeks ago... but it's still in the box. A friend has loaned us 3 1/2 2-stroke, but we just don't need it yet. Sorry I can't offer more info - been fighting a flu bug all week...Kquist wrote:For those of you who have received this dinghy can you tell me about it? It is good sized
Weight capacity is rated at 880lbs. In my opinion you would have no problem with the dog and two people. It has good width and fairly large tubes, seat, etc. Would handle quite a good size motor, certainly a 4HP 4 stroke with no problem. Workmanship and finish is very good....
