Sail Loft NJ / NY Area?

Post by evan »

Hello,
Can anyone recommend a good loft in a convenient location from NYC area?
I need to get the UV protection re-done on my fore sails and am looking for somewhere near by.

Thank!
Evan

I like Sailor's Choice in Amityville, NY. May be too far out on the Island for you. Jim there does very nice work and charges fairly.

the folks at Doyle Sails in Huntington Station are very nice and do good work. not as close as City Island, but pretty easy to get to -just one turn off the LIE, going north on 110... it's also on the train line and walking distance from the station. -Brian
