Cape Dory 27, 1981, well found sloop on steel cradle in Port Washington, on Lake Michigan, just north of Milwaukee. Yanmar engine, enclosed head, 6 bronze opening portlights, alcohol stove, icebox, radio, 3 spacious lockers in cockpit, anchor, new running rigging and lifelines, Harken furler, 3 sails in nearly new condition. $17,500 includes spring engine commissioning.
