1981 Cape Dory 22 Sailboat; Boat is in great condition; 8 HP Tohatsu Outboard; Main, Jib and 150 Genoa sails- good condition. Dark blue sail cover (not shown in picture). Hauled October 2008- complete bottom job; Teak sanded and finished with Cetol. 8HP Tohatsu outboard just serviced- starter and carb rebuilt. This is a very pretty, clean boat that is ready to sail. We've already done all the hard and expensive work for you.
