After a bittersweet journey, we have decided to list our Cape Dory for sale. She's been in the family since 1987 and certainly has the potential to do far more than we can at this time. Photos avail upon request, or we'll post some and add the link.
Sorry that I don't even know where to begin with listing specs:
Orginal 13hp Westerbeke diesel in good condition
Storm jib, roller furling jib, mainsail all in good condition
standard outfitting in various conditions (compass works, depth sounder not as reliable)
2 anchors (1 danforth), chain and line
Deck and teak need work, plenty of weekend projects.
Celebration is in the water in Annapolis, MD.
Will consider any reasonable offers.

How much work on the deck? Teak I can do, but deck core is above my pay grade. Photos would be nice. Also a general sense of what's required to make her seaworthy, as in a trip up to maine.
