We have spent the last year in getting this neglected little yacht upgraded and repaired (i.e., new teak rub ails / toe rails, faired and Awlgrip’d hull, Micron bottom, all new tracks, blocks, fittings, Schaefer Snapfurl 500, new Mack Sails 150 Genoa, etc).

Easy
I've bent both Schaeffer & Harken track to fit Ty's and similar Alberg boats, and it's easy to make the curve. Just start at the curvey end (forward) and bolt in the first two holes. Then use the long unattached end to pull the track into the curved shape and set one bolt at a time. Almost easier to do then say.
