Kenyon Stove Problems

The Stove on my boat is acting very strange. I am familiar with the
Princess stove on my Catalina and assuem thatthe Kenyon should act/behave in the same method. When lit, the burners do not burn entirely around the burner. It does not "Gen" like the Princess did. Only half (and a weak half at that) burns, and the stove does not burn in all the little holes in the burner like the princess did.

Questions: Should it "gen"? I have adjusted the air/fuel mixture, and have used the needle to clean the injection nozzles. I have cleaned the old fuel out and put in new, with no results. The stove is virtually new, one burner has never been lit.

Any suggestions?
