volvo ocean race place needed to stay

i know this doesnt have to do with my thyphoon but im going to give it a shot. me and two of my college friends are going to go to boson for for about a week while the volvo ocean race is in town. we need a place to stay and it would be ideal to find a boat or place to rent for a week so we would be close to the action. we are well behaved students and would of course pay rent for the week does anyone from the mass area have any ideas?
