Have you looked into aircraft refinishing companies?
I know Keyson Aircraft of Nashua, NH used to use this technique to strip paint from aircraft.
They won't be able to come to you but if you can put your boat on a trailer it will probably fit right inside their hanger.
BTY, Keyson has recently changed hands so the name is probably different but if you call the Nashua Airport Authority they should be able to give you the phone number.

Follow up
After calling this company’s references I had the boat done a couple weeks ago. The outcome was very good where the gelcoat was in good shape. For example the original waterline molded into the hull was revealed, probably for the first time in 30 years. The soda blasting did remove fairing compound (bondo) thought fortunately these areas were few. I would recommend the process, was about $45/waterline length.
