anyone have dimensions for a cradle for a cd 28?

This spring when I bought the boat, it was on the hard with boat stands - I measured roughly 6 feet between port and starboard, and 6 feet between fore 'n aft boat stand pads.

For this year's storage, I have to build a cradle. The guy in charge of boat hauls at my club is telling me I need a cradle 12 feet long.......

If anyone has offsets, that would be peachy.

Maybe the added length is to support and balance the bow of the boat.
When stored on boat stands, there would be 5 stands. One Bow stand, two Port stands and two Starboard stands.
