Hi Leo,
Here is the info on the solvent for 5200 we talked about last nite.
Anti-Bond 2015 "De-Bonds and cleans 3M's Marine 5200"
see:
www.jwbenviromental.com
www.antibond.com
I have not used this yet, but can see some uses for it on my boat. I would be interested to learn how effective Anti-Bond works.
HAS ANYONE USED Anti-Bond 2015? HOW WELL DOES IT WORK?

Re: Leo MacDonald, solvent for 3M 5200
When using 5200 and want to get a smooth finish without a fuss as well as get it off your hands and equipment, just spray on WD 40, or use WD 40 on a rag. Works every time!

Re: Leo & John......isopropyl alchohol .....
I used 5200 to bed the last plywood dink I made for Hanalei. Was driven away from "store bought" solvents by price, and finally resorted to trying stuff around the house. I found that good old rubbing alcohol worked just fine to clean the stuff off my fingers, and also worked to smooth and clean up any drips on the boat. Give it a try, it's cheap and works! Uh, it won't work if the 5200 has cured, in that case I think ya needs an AXE!!!
