Is Sarasota too far? I keep my Typhoon Weekender on a bouy in Sarasota Bay right off Sarasota Sailing Squadron where I am a member. I purchased her new in 1980 and just completed a hull up restore including new teak. My older daughter and I both race Lasers and as such, we are frequently sailing off Davis Island and by St Pete Yacht Club.
