Hi Duncan!

And hello board admin (Cathy?).

I have a question. I have a roller furler and foresail that belonged to an Allied Greenwich I owned. I've since donated the boat to a charity but I would like to sell the gear/sail. Since the Greenwich was the grandmother of all CD's I'm wondering if it would be permissible to list the items for sale on this forum. I *think* these items will make some CD 25 owner very happy to have but I certainly don't want to offend. I've read the FAQ but it seems this is in a gray area.

This sounds perfectly appropriate to me

George,

I think Cathy may be out of town in connection with the July 4th Float-In in Oyster Bay. This sounds perfectly appropriate to me. It's definitely Cape Dory related and you personally owned the boat. It's not like you're a salvage dealer. That's very considerate of you to ask.

You may want to include the luff dimension in your post, just in case the Greenwich 24 and the CD25 aren't an exact match.
