leaking ports

Two years ago when I bought my CD28 I found stains around the ports and considered replacing the gaskets. The gaskets were hard as rocks on 6 ports. I put 3in1 oil on all the gaskets and it worked, I haven't had a leak since. It may be worth trying before going through the expense of new gaskets.

Yah, and with the weather finally turning this cold it's now even harder to visualize Spring than it was last week. Up until this week, the weather's been so nice I've been kicking myself for hauling the boat. I counted at least 8 sailable weekend days since december 1 1999 here in NJ.
