I have a portapoty on my c25 but would like to change to a perm. head. Would like any suggestions as to what kind of head, and where to put the holding tank? It will not have an overboard discharge. Any help would be appreciated.

Re: C25 Head
i have been happy with my raritan ph-II head. one idea on the holding tank is to have a removable 5 gal jerry jug. it is simple to install and flexible ibn terms of emptying.I have a portapoty on my c25 but would like to change to a perm. head. Re: C25 Head
The head holding tank is in the forward locker unver the V-berth on Allia (CD 25). It's just aft of the water tank. Seems to be fine. I would like a little more storage room up there, tho.

I have a 78 CD-25. I took out the top shelf behind my head, and istalled a hard 5 gal tank sitting on the lower shelf. Then I ran a pumpout line straight up through the deck. The tank is covered by a small curtain that I put in. The vent line runs from the tank through the fwd blkhead and through the space between the first and second windows.
