Am looking to buy a 22ft Cape Dory.

I have a 22 foot Alberg for sale. It was designed by Carl Alberg just as the 22 Cape Dory. It is nearly identical in all respects to the Cape Dory 22. The Cape Dory is 4 inches longer and 4 inches wider. The Alberg has 1 inch greater draft- 3'1" vs the 3' for the Cape Dory. They both have a displacement of 3200 lbs but the Alberg has 1540 lbs of ballast vs the 1400 lbs in the Cape Dory. With her heavier and deeper ballast and slightly narrower beam the Alberg is more seaworthy than the Cape Dory. They both carry the same sail plan. My alberg is in excellent condition throughout. She has a good double reefing mainsail, 100% gib and 150% genoa. The teak was all reworked this past summer along with new bottom paint. She has a new (2 years old) custom heavy duty trailor and a 6hp johnston outboard. She has new sail covers -main and headsail, new winch covers (4), new handrail covers, new cockpit cushions, teak cockpit grating, and all the cabin cushions were new 4 years ago. Lots of extras.
