Robinhood Marine

Post by rschattman »

I have been to Mecca. This weekend I had the pleasure of visiting Georgetown and seeing RM. I was thrilled to see so many CD's in one place and had the opportunity to board a RH36.

And no pictures?

That hardly seems polite to tell us what you saw and not show us.

Posting Pics

Go to the CD FAQ page and look for "Formatting and Topic Types: Can I Post Images?" If you don't have access to a web server to host your pictures, for the chance to see pictures of a RH 36 I would be willing to host the pictures on mine.

You'll find the "how tos..." in the "About this Board" forum of this board. They are the "Stickys", the first few messages, at the top of that forum. Anyway, we visited Robinhood this year too -- it was the final stop of the CDSOA's "Maine Cruise". Here are a few pics:

This is an old post and beam building that Andy V. purchased, had disassembled and rebuilt on the site. It is now home to Spartan Marine.</a>

A view of some of the buildings. Every Friday during the summer they have a band that plays in the gazebo.</a>
