Greetings,
I've moved from the Berkshires down to Salisbury MD. I want to move my CD22 down here with me next spring. I'd like to know where I would be able to put her in that won't cost an arm and a leg for a slip or mooring in the vicinity of Ocean City, MD.
Information on slip/mooring availability on the bay or adjoining rivers would be apreciated.
Best,

Hymodyne,
If you're looking for something on the Chesapeake side: my slip is not far from Salisbury - about 20 minutes west. There are two small marinas about three miles apart, one at Nanticoke and one at Bivalve both on the Nanticoke river but near Tangier sound and the bay. Those are probably the closest to open water. OC and the inland bays can get pretty crowded in the summer - but that's a matter of choice. There might be a couple of places on the Wicomico but I'm not familiar with them.

As Mark pointed out the one near Bivalve, actually in Tyaskin, in 2007 charged by the width of the slip:
With water & electric: $750 to $980. 10' to 14' wide
W/O " " $555 to $685 8' to 12'
The one in Nanticoke, colorful for the commercial guys:
$365 to $780 for 8' to 20' wide.
Transient rate is 20 bucks.
Stay away from Lewes & the DE bay. Rates start at $3K for a mud flat.
Hope this helps,
Dick
