The V berth has been replaced by two hanging lockers and a shower and head. In so doing the cabin has been enlarged. Aft on the starboard side is a desk and a large quarter berth. The ice box and stove are aft on the port side.

This set up makes it a great cruising boat for a couple. In fact we installed the AC compressor on a shelf on the starboard side of the head/shower compartment in some unused air space and required no ducting to cool the main cabin. We live in SW Florida.
