HAH!
They are giving you too much time off over there, Carter.
You know. . I can help you put a cam cleat on the side of your cello if you like. We can bed it just around the corner from your 'port side' F hole.
funny stuff.

Damn, Henry, that's one nice-looking cello...
...and it's finally got the most important tool for any career musician: a way to tell which way the wind is blowing!

You City Island Sailors!
My gawd Henry,
When I visit City Island from Long Island its hard to believe its part of the Bronx. But now I also see that its sailors are far out! Far out indeed!
Might that cello have gps installed just out of sight on the other side??

Tuxedo and Icy Tunes
To my eye, the tuxedo looked more out of place in Carter's photo than the cello!
A new Igloo Playmate cooler product caught my eye this weekend - it comes with a water resistant holder for an IPOD and built-in speakers. I have not heard the quality of the sound - but it sure seemed like a great thing for smaller boat owners.

There is no need to do without cello music while sailing anymore!

I was born in the Bronx....way back in 19 and 45!! I don't have a problem with it at all. City Island, with is heavy nautical flavor, just seems out of place there!

It is somewhat of an amazing transition, from the Bronxy part of the Bronx to City Island.
