The Cape Dory Board

Out of curiosity, how tall is it from the ground to the top of the mast while down? I have an HOA that limits me on the height/visibility of a boat in my yard.

Do you have the ability to raise or lower the mast alone with any of these boats through a hinged mast step or a tabernacle? I would need to be able to do this so that I could trailer it.
