And yes Far Reach, I follow your site and I agree, your measures were a little more than the average person is willing to do, but you’ve got a sweet boat.

I’m having an issue locating where the rainwater is coming in. We have the normal small leaks but the bilge pump is coming on, so there’s got to be a bigger leak somewhere.
Has any one with a CD36 had this same issue ?

Far Reach, I would be very interested in understanding the benefits and drawbacks of removing your boom, besides the gaining of all that space.

Ok, i got one more. Above my radar there's a cylindrical object that i can not even guess as to it's purpose. One of my dockmates suggested it was a "mast righting" contraption in case i went over.

My wife surprised me with this engraving. I added the 7 coats of varnish and the Cape Dory emblem. It sits on my desk to remind me that there's more to life than my job.
