Help me find the source of this leak
Hi, The boat in question is not a cape dory, but a sea sprite 27. I also have a typhoon, and a cd10 and this website have been incredibly helpful with answering any questions with either of those boats. I've come to trust many options on this board, and would rather not take my questions and advise ...

Re: Recommendations on Bronze Discoloration?
Yes. It’s kiwi grip. Not as durable as interdeck or similar products but easy to work with and super easy to touch up. Also easy to customize the aggressiveness of the non skid. Highly recommended. It’s been under the sun for three years. Looks good but we have touched it up. Here is a link to the ...

Typhoon tiller-post cap
Does anyone know how to remove the bronze cap that's on top of the tiller post? I've removed both bolts but there's no budge. I'm trying to pull the piece of wood trim off to refinish it.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Re: New typhooner
In considering your restoration, you might look at replacing your original port lights with these bronze ones. Pricey, but when I did it they were about $120/each and I swear they made the boat look $1,000 better. Really worth considering if the old plastic ones are baked to death like mine were. I...

Re: New typhooner
Hey, I just had templates made for cabin and cockpit cushions for my typhoon. I can send them over to you when my cushions are done. Should be about another week. My ty's in very similar shape. Trying to get all the same done in the next 3 weeks. I'm just finishing up restoring the original gelcoat ...

Teak Bungs: Anyone know the size for Typhoon rub rails?
Hi, I'm missing a few of the teak bungs on the rub rails of my Ty. Wondering if anyone knows the size of those bungs. I'm trying to order them from James Town Distribution and am not sure of the size. http://www.jamestowndistributors.com/userportal/product.do?process=checkout&part=1890 Thanks!!

Looking to buy Typhoon V-Berth cushions: any condition
Hi,
I'm looking to buy V berth cushions for a Typhoon weekender. I'll take complete cushions, just the foam, or just covers - in any condition.
If you have something laying around, I'll take them!
You can email me at: mikey.detemple@gmail.com
