Looking for quality sailboat trailer. Prefer galvanized float off vs painted or lift off. Must be solid / sound not necessarily mint. Prefer custom for a Cape Dory 27, 26, 26D, 25D, 22, 22D. Prefer quality name brand manufacturer such as Triad, Sail Trailers. Thanks, Dave.

....ps could this rust colored weeping be tainted from the cracked bilge leaking into the lead ballast ( apparently lead does not rust though ) or is it a polyester resin reaction to moisture in the laminate?

Hello All, Thanks for all the input! Yes the boat lived in Illinois for most of its life so likely freeze damage. Hope so. There are couple of weeping keel repairs that I don't believe are related by impact damage etc. Wet laminate is likely sending bilge crack moisture through the path of least res...

After grinding with a dremel the cracks can be seen extending significantly into the laminate. Question is.... "V" the cracks now... or continue to grind looking for solid laminate? I plan to fill with (Watertite, Marine Tex..etc....) and laminate with epoxy resin... Grinding will lead to ...

Does anyone have experience using this Locctite PL S40 polyurethane either bedding deck hardware or otherwise?

Tensile strength 350 psi.
Elongation 800%.
Movement capability 25%.

Not specifically stated as UV protected but claims to not soften in sun.
