Thanks everyone for the advice........ The previous owner always stepped while on the trailer, which is my plan. He used two helpers to pull the mast upright, I've see other sailors use a vehicle. I have a flat straight area where I could use my vehicle. Just was not sure if only the top mast shroud...

Getting ready to step the mast on my CD22 but not sure if all shroud lines should be connected first or just some. I'm thinking the lower front ones might prevent the mast from being raised? Anyone have experience doing this? Would I connect the top shroud only or what? I'm thinking after looking at...

Found it, direct from Germany. Old model replaced by a different p/n but will work.

Nice looking CD22, I've got the same #008 but not nearly as pretty as yours.
The Caribbean uV beats them up a bit.

It's a tri-color setup........red, green & white. I'll Google those suppliers & see what I come up with.

Anyone know of a source for the complete light assembly that is on top of the CD22 mast? I've spent tons of time searching but can't seem to come up with one?

I'm not sure you would save any money by building your own dingy. Add up the cost of marine grade plywood, paint, varnish, fiberglass matt, hardware and stuff you might discover you are into it for several hundreds of dollars. I know, I did it several years ago. Ended up with a heavy boat that cost ...

My mast light has water inside the globe & I'm not sure how to disassemble to correct problem. Link to photo's http://picasaweb.google.com/hwh888/CD22MastTop I removed the two screws at top & thought the top would twist off to access the bulb & inside. Not sure because I could not loosen...

Have a broken Life Line Adjuster but can't find a exact replacement. It's the original. Does anyone out there recognize this & who is the manufacturer? One photo shows a sailboat stamped into the adjuster at the pin end. Maybe a clue who is the manuf? Images..... http://picasaweb.google.com/hwh8...
