I estimate about 4 weeks of 40hrs/week of labor plus materials. Worth every penny the "D" is a pocket cruiser worth saving

I have a pair from a CD25D if they aren't too small.

If you are asking me (Bruce) where the marina is, it is in Oregon near Eugene. The reservoir is just West of town and called Fern Ridge. It has a great history of sailing with one of the oldest yacht clubs on the West coast. "It always blows at Fern Ridge"

Can you tell me where on the deck you are installing the unit? I am in the process of installing a Nicro Fico unit where the old dorade box was, which is just forward of the mast step.

I used the Harken 2721 High Beam track with and I believe it is the 2730 car. I used the high beam track (which I had bent to the curve of the deck) to clear the aft teak trim piece. Seems to work fine.

I finally found time to finish the traveler. The car has plenty of clearance to the teak and I was able to connect the stock Cape Dory block to the traveler car. I hope to launch in the next couple of weeks, so I am busy with installing a solar vent ahead of the mast step and install new lifelines. ...

For anyone who might be interested I have the original mainsheet track and end pieces for the price of shipping.
