Re: 1974 Typhoon # 667 with Trailer. Fresh Water Boat. REDU

Was wondering if transportation could be made available? I'm on Cape Cod and have nothing to haul a boat like this. Thanks

Re: Looking for a CD Typhoon in great shape

Hi again,

OK, I saw that your asking price is $7500. Coffee must not have kicked in when I read your post...............

Anyway, where is the boat located?

Thanks.

Re: FS Typhoon weekender with trailer $4500

Hi Ernie

Thanks for uploading a few more pictures. I am in FL for the winter, however, if your boat is still available come spring, I would still have interest. I'd be sailing her in Cape Cod Bay.

1983 CD25D for sale Cape Cod SOLD!!!

Rascal is a 1983 CD25D. She is a unique boat with a binnacle/wheel, so she feels like a larger boat. She is otherwise completely original, in good condition, and has been professionally maintained at boat yards in Falmouth and Wellfleet. Her 1 gm Yanmar inboard diesel has been replaced as has her fu...

Re: Upwind sailing questions

Hi Again, Thanks for all of your suggestions and great advice! Next time we are out sailing, we will try these and see what happens. To see if I got this straight, about the mainsheet traveler and the genoa sheet blocks: as a general rule (assuming one can generalize here!): I would move the main tr...

Re: Upwind sailing questions

The genny is brand new and the main is in pretty good shape (no pun intended). So, the blocks that the genny's sheets go through, could be moved forward to flatten the genny? I think that is the direction they go, if the winds pipe up and you need to flatten the sail. I can point higher in stronger ...

Upwind sailing questions

Hi Folks, We have a CD25D. When we sail close hauled, we do not seem able to sail any closer to the wind than around 60 degrees. Is this typical for this boat or is it us??? The mainsheet is trimmed in as far as possible before we luff, telltales happily flying, but when we come about, it appears th...
