The jib halyard in my CDI roller furler is toast. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to replace without unstepping the mast? Solstice is already on the mooring. Also, what length line should I get for a CD25? All replies appreciated.

So I need to replace the key that keeps the tiller aligned with the rudder. The ultimate question is can I do this project while the boat is in the water? I'm fearing that the rudder post will pop off once the housing is removed. Also, does anyone know the size of the key itself on a cd25? Any respo...

Last week I pulled the trigger and got the 25"shaft...I really wanted the sail prop. Now the next question...I can get ethanol free gas but is the high octane an issue?

Also, what about a water separator...overkill?
