Time to downgrade (closer to lakes than ocean now, sadly), but I'd prefer to stick with a Cape Dory. Had ours for 5 or 6 years now, she's a great boat; looking to trade for a Typhoon + a little cash, depending on what shape she's in. Without a trade I'm asking $23,900 ; low price is NOT a reflection...
