Hi, I have a 19 foot Weekender. The bottom of the rudder goes into a bracket. The bracket is covered with fiberglass. In my case, much of the fiberglass is gone. My questions are: 1) Should I build back up the fiberglass, or should the bracket be exposed? 2) If I build it back up, how do I adhere it...
