If you will be joining the Eastbound Flotilla in Stonington for the dinner at BOOM Restaurant, please indicate your selection of entrée on the Registration Form.

Entrees include:

Pan Seared Salmon
with artichoke hearts,
diced plum tomatoes, kalamata olives,
capers, Lemon Beurre Blanc, and Jasmine Rice.

Sweet Potato & Walnut Ravioli
with sliced grilled chicken, sage cream,
and sweet potato crisps.

Penne Pasta
tossed with shrimps and scallops
and tomato vodka cream sauce.

All dinners are $31.50 per person (includes tax and gratuity) and include:

Appetizer platter (calamari, onion rings, small oyster, possibly bruschetta/other smoked fish depending on supplies at the time)
Small green salad
Glass of wine
Sorbet or ice cream, plus specialty cookies
