The Cape Dory Typhoon Senior is a big  brother to over 2,200 Carl Alberg designed "full-keel" Typhoons.  The Typhoon Senior offers novice and seasoned sailors a 22-footer that is ruggedly built, easy to sail and economically priced.  From her extra strong rigging . . . to her custom designed bronze hardware . . . to her teak trim . . . she's solidly built in the Cape Dory tradition . . . a standard of value.

Among her outstanding features is a tilt-in motor well to provide safe, dry storage for an outboard.  The motor well also keeps the outboard close and handy to the helmsman.

The Typhoon Senior has an uncomplicated fractional sloop rig for easy handling at the helm and foredeck.
