What's a '75 Typhoon Worth?

Just wanting a ballpark figure on what you are seeing Typhoon Weekenders going for these days. One I am looking at has the original rig in good shape, bad teak, an old motor and trailer. The whole thing needs some minor glass touch ups and a good scubbing. Any costs out there? The owner wants $4000.
